The terms that apply to every doctor on Synapse.
1. Eligibility
Synapse is open exclusively to licensed MBBS doctors and above registered with a recognised Indian medical council. By creating a profile, you confirm you hold a valid medical registration.
2. Verification
Your registration details are verified manually by our team against the NMC register. Submitting false credentials may result in permanent account deletion and, where appropriate, regulatory referral.
3. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is collected only for the purpose of doctor-to-doctor matrimonial matching. Phone numbers and messages are encrypted at rest. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data.
4. Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or share explicit content. Violations will result in immediate account suspension. Use the Report feature for any concerns.
5. Disclaimer
Synapse facilitates introductions between doctors. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or outcomes. All decisions — including whether to meet in person — are entirely yours.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us at support@synapsedating.xyz.
